This is a  10-part cinematic event series exploring the fragility and wonder of planet Earth, one of the most peculiar, unique places in the universe.

Host Will Smith guides viewers on an unprecedented exploration, bolstered by an elite group of ten astronauts with over a 1000 days in space combined, who provide unique perspectives and relate personal memoirs of the planet seen from a distance.

Hourlong episodes will explore monumental events such as genesis, cosmic violence, human intelligence and alien life, oxygen, and survival vs. destruction.

I can honestly say I've never seen the likes of this type of show.  Each episode is packed with amazing information stemming from the beginning of time for our planet earth.  I guarantee you will see, hear and experience things on this show that you could never have imagined or heard of before.  I learned more from watching this show then any other show like this.....truly amazing!!

Where and how they obtained this information and cinematic visuals is amazing in it's self.  The information presented is astounding and extremely interesting to see and learn.  The depth to which they delve into is also amazing.  I assure you you'll be intrigued and event a little skeptical about what you hear and see in these episodes.  It is definitely "food for thought"

The program is more than half way through the 10 episodes, so you'll have to search for previous episodes on-demand, or your National Geographic app.  Be sure and start at the beginning so you get the benefit of the full story they are laying out for the viewers......its worth it!!
