Tulsa King

Move over Tony Soprano, theres a new sheriff in town and his name is Stallone.

Sylvester Stallone’s first ever television series.

Yep you guessed it another Taylor Sheridan (creator of Yellowstone, 1883, 1923, Sicario, Hell or High Water, Wind River, etc) creation. Once again another compelling, insightful and quality TV series to rival the Sopranos from the ‘90’s.

So for me I’ve always liked Stallone. He has made some really enjoyable classics along the way. In this, his 1st ever TV debut, its shaping up to be some of his best work from an acting perspective, while nailing the role of a mafia capo.

The series itself has a interesting story. Well written, taking full advantage of the humor of a New York mobster in Tulsa Oklahoma and throwing in a healthy dose of violence. Fun to watch, I highly recommend - I love his comedic sarcasm!
