The Gorge
Typical Si-FI with Sigourney Weaver’s Aliens at it again - I am Groot
“The world’s most dangerous secret lies between them.”
So when you don’t have anything to do and want some Si-Fi entertainment, this is the film for you.
Typical yes, interesting definitely, scary somewhat, but nonetheless worth a look.
It was refreshing to witness a good film devoid of any attempts to achieve cinematic greatness.
The film presents a solid narrative with a touch of action, fantastical elements that seamlessly integrate the plot, a touch of mystery, and a subtle romantic subplot.
Had the budget been larger, the film may have faltered. However, it stands as a solid and entertaining cinematic experience. All aspects of the production, including writing, directing, cinematography, acting, and special effects, have delivered high-quality work.
I had lost hope that Hollywood could produce such films. However, the small budget and the seamless integration of all elements suggest that this is a testament to the studio’s ability to create compelling and entertaining content.
Two highly-trained operatives become close after being sent to protect opposite sides of a mysterious gorge. When an evil emerges, they must work together to survive what lies within.
