Murder at Yellowstone City

If you are into old westerns and Who Dunnit mysteries this is the film for you!

Friends, Romans, countrymen, lend me your ears
— William Shakespeare

So when you don’t have anything to do and want some old west shoot’em up bang bang, this is the film for you.

Let me say up front that the pace of the beginning of the film is somewhat slow with some predictable scenes that you can see coming.

However as the film goes on in this 2 hour + movie it get way more interesting and will lure you in and keep you very curious as to where this is going and how will this end.

Positive Aspects:

- Acting: The performances were generally satisfactory.

- Creative Scenes: Several scenes were innovative and unique to Westerns.

- Cinematography: The cinematography was commendable.

- Acting: The acting was decent.

- Plotline: The plotline was acceptable and, surprisingly, relatable to the world at large.

The script had a promising foundation, but I believe the studio or producer made a poor decision to prioritize financial gain over artistic merit. As it stands, I found it entertaining, albeit not exceptional. It falls within the realm of an okay B-rated Westerns from past decades. Overall, it surpasses many of the poor films I have encountered in recent years.

A former slave arrives in Yellowstone City, Montana, a desolate former boomtown now on the decline, looking for a place to call home. On that same day, a local prospector discovers gold - and is murdered.
