There’s a new John Wick in town and his name is Dev Patel AKA “Monkey Man”

Watching Patel in this movie after it gets going is like your looking at John Wick.
This is Dev’s first time director debut and he’s done an amazing job. His ability as a actor who’s an underground street fighter just striving to make a living in the slums of India was a change for him and he carried it out wonderfully.
I know what your thinking - we’ve seen all the Indian films and they’re all alike - this one will stand out in your mind for sure.
The fight scenes are amazing and extremely well choreographed as the camera never stops moving. Sound track is done exceptionally well to add both gravitas and levity to scenes where needed.
The pace is inclusive of action and also enough of a story and heart for the general movie goer. Something for everyone!
