Still reeling from the loss of three lives, Hannah is a smoke jumper who's perched in a watchtower high above the Montana wilderness. She soon encounters Connor, a skittish boy who's bloodied, traumatized and on the run in the remote forest. As Hannah tries to bring him to safety, she's unaware of the real dangers to follow: two relentless killers hunting Connor, and a fiery blaze consuming everything in its path.

I had no idea what I was about to see and the more I watched the more hooked I got!. This film definitely goes from zero to 60 in short order and keeps you glued to the screen to the very end. The fire and assassins provide plenty of adrenaline. There is a lot of emotional subplots the touches the heart too. I really enjoyed it.
If you compare "Those Who Wish Me Dead" (2021) with previous works of Taylor Sheridan, such as: "Sicario", "Hell or High Water", "Wind River" - you might be a little disappointed.
However the film was a straightforward by the numbers thriller. It was well acted and pretty solidly directed movie. I can honestly say you won’t be disappointed if you watch it - check out the trailer.
I would rate it a 7.5/10
